Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
When making a deposit, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled. br365 does not charge any deposit processing fee, however your payment service provider may charge a fee.
2.2 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement on any active bonus is completed.
2.3 Failed or Returned Transactions
br365 will not be held responsible for transactions that fail due to technical errors or incorrect information. However, for such issues, contacting our 24/7 live chat support team will ensure a quick resolution.
Bonus and Promotional Offers
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New members making their first deposit on br365 will receive a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.
- Wagering requirement to unlock the bonus: 15 times (15x).
- Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the wagering requirement is completed.
- The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account.
- Attempts to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts will result in account termination.
- br365 holds final authority on all decisions related to bonuses.
3.2 VIP Program
br365's VIP program has three tiers. Through regular play you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy greater weekly cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
br365 reserves the right to change VIP tiers and the method of cashback distribution. VIP benefits are not convertible to cash and are not transferable to third parties.
3.3 Other Promotions
Special offers and promotions may be run from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and validity period, which will be stated on that offer's page. If an attempt to abuse any promotional offer is detected, the relevant bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
Prohibited Activities and Account Termination
4.1 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Opening or operating more than one account under the same person's name.
- Registering with false or misleading information.
- Using multiple accounts with the intention of gaining unfair advantage from bonuses and promotions.
- Introducing illegal funds into an account or money laundering.
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
- Threatening or abusive behavior toward other players or staff.
- Placing bets using software bots or automated programs.
- Attempting to hack another person's account or gain unauthorized access.
4.2 Account Termination and Forfeiture of Funds
If evidence of involvement in the above prohibited activities is found, br365 reserves the right to terminate the account without prior notice, forfeit winnings, and take legal action. Suspicious activity related to money laundering may be reported to the relevant authorities.
